I suggest you visit a public library in Helsinki and search in HS Aikakone https://www.hs.fi/aikakone/.
HS Aikakone contains articles published in Helsingin Sanomat newspaper from years 1904-1997. Unfortunately the user interface is only in Finnish but I am sure you can get some help from the library staff. HS Aikakone can only be used in the library premises unless you have an own subscription of HS Digi.

The Lumo library in Korso has a book recycling point in the Lumo building's lobby.
The instructions are as follows:
"Recycling point for books brought in by customers. Bring up to five books at a time. You can take as many as you like."
There is also a book recycling point in the lobby of the Korso shopping centre (the one with the S-Market, a flower shop and others).

You are allowed to use Helmet library, also the e-books, even if you're moving into another city in Finland. If you don't use your library card for three years, your information will be ejected from Helmet system. If possible, you should visit some Helmet library with your library card and ID to correct your address information.
Unfortunately, this textbook is not available in any Finnish library. It seems that no library in Europe has this title, so an interlibrary loan is not possible.

I recommend you the Virtual Finland webpages maintained by the Press and Cultural Department of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At the internet address http://virtual.finland.fi they are an excellent starting point to the Finnish society, politics, news and cultural events. On the mainpage choose FinFoDirectory. In the directory pick "The Finnish Way of Life". There you'll find articles about "The traditional Finnish festivities ", "Finnish Easter traditions", "Midsummer in Finland" etc. If you need the exact dates I recommend you to look in a good calendar, which usually list the main public holidays all over Europe. A good source is also "The Europe World Year Book" . The "Year 2000 volume" contains the dates of 2001 holidays...
I recommend you go to the webpages of the Ministry of Labour, Finland, http://www.mol.fi/english/index.html . On the frontpage you'll find a link to "Employment service". This is a good way to start. When you already are in Finland, you can also browse newspapers and read the college bulletinboard.
